I know right now you are probably in total meltdown. It’s not easy finding out your love has left you suddenly. You could well still feel something and hope to get your ex back.

Many people will accept being dumped and try to make the best of it. Why should you do that? If there was genuine love in the relationship there must be something worth salvaging. It should be your choice to try to get your ex back, here are a few things that should help you out.

1 - Is it really over?

This depends, if the relationship was ok and there were no special circumstances like violence or abuse. Then there’s no reason why you shouldn’t decide to give it another go. 2 - What’s my next move?

This is a great time to give yourself a time out and get your emotions under control. You may ruin every chance you have if you attempt to win your ex back while in an emotionally unstable state. 3 - I don’t have a plan of action!

You probably don’t have a plan right now and there are two roads you can travel here. Make your own plan up, or use a plan that has been used successfully in the past. So you’re now thinking where on earth do I find a successful plan? There are a lot of places on the web with nuggets of information that you can use to your advantage.

4 - Where do I come by such a plan?

Again we have a couple choices here. Every bit of info you seek is out on the web for free. Finding this information is going to be one Herculean task. Bit’s here, bits there. And never knowing what’s golden or garbage. You can also choose to be smart and get yourself an off the shelf package with everything you need.

Given this choice, I would (and did) go for the quickest solution. Quickest being the key word here. If your ex dumped you then you can bet they are looking to move on. Boozing a lot.

Do I really need to talk about this one? OK I will. Without even going into the long term problems of being a drunk, you have the short term problems. Getting drunk and calling her, texting her, pestering her will surely ruin your chances.

Laying your problems on anyone who’ll listen.

It’s a sad indictment of our society but people in general couldn’t care less about you. Obviously close family may be an exception. I know that sounds a bit harsh but it’s true. If they’ve had to endure your story the first time then next time they will run a mile. You will drive your friends and colleagues away rapidly by constantly bemoaning your situation.

Life changing decisions.

This is for your own safety. You aren’t in the right frame of mind to be making life changing decisions. You may believe that you are able to make a rational decision, there’s a pretty good chance you aren’t. Making a rash decision to give up your job or even to move home (or city) will doubtless come back to haunt you later on.

Skipping work.

This is a biggie. At this time in your life you need to be able to function and pay your bills. Losing your job because of stupid days off is not smart. And without a job your chances of getting your ex wife back diminish.

I’ve shown you a few of the danger signs to watch out for. You are in a horrible period in your life right now and it will be hard to get through it. If you are having a hard time getting over a recent breakup. There are a couple thing that you simply must not do if you have designs to get your ex back. Many people kill any chance they have of getting back together by doing one or more of the following.

1 - Telling lies to others about your ex

This one will kill any chances of getting your ex back stone dead. Put the shoe on the other foot and think how you would cope with your ex telling everyone lies about you. I certainly wouldn’t like it. If that happened to me there’s no way I’m getting back with my ex.

2 - Getting your ex to be a bit jealous

Although this can work to a certain extent if used right. But jumping straight in after a breakup and trying to make them jealous will just make them feel all the more distant from you. This can go wrong in a big way. You try for jealousy and you get disgust and them deciding that it was a good decision to split.

3 - The stalker

Do I really need to say anything at all about this one? I do, ok then. At best you are going to come across as needy and clingy, which isn’t going to help. At worst you can come across as dangerous and frightening, which could lead to the law being involved which will most definitely kill any chance you have.

4 - Revenge is sweet

If you are even thinking of extracting any sort of revenge on your ex, you gotta ask yourself if you really want to get back together. Getting revenge in any way shape or form on your ex must mean you don’t really love them as much as you claim to. If you love someone you wouldn’t hurt them.

5 - Calling & texting constantly

This is almost like electronic stalking but it’s just as serious. Constantly pestering your ex with texts and calls could be deemed as a form of torture. This is not the look you are going for. They may just ignore your calls but they may take it further and change their number. Then you’ve lost them forever.

You now know a few things to avoid doing if you have desires to get your ex back. There’s lots of things you can do to help your situation but those aren’t any of them.

A good bit of advice is to take a bit of time to get your head together and formulate a proper plan. Get your head in shape and you have a far better chance of getting your ex back.

If your wife has recently broke up with you for whatever reason, there are a few things you need to understand if you want her back. I’ll split the things into 4 to make it easier to understand. They are…1) Understand what’s going on.  2) Get you head together.  3) Assess the situation.  4) Work the plan.

1) Understand what’s going on. What exactly is going on here? Good question. On the surface it seems you’ve broke up. Digging a little beneath the surface the split could be down to any number of reasons, but the fact is most splits happen for one or two particular reasons.

If it was you who broke up with her then it will be simpler to understand how to get back together. If she ended it then you need to try and understand why she did that. Of course the reason may be clear if you were cheating on her or something like that. If you can find out why she dumped you, you can increase your chances of getting back with her by loads.

2) Get your head together. It’s really important that you get your emotions under control before you attempt anything. Losing control after you’ve made a bit of progress will kill any chances of getting back together.

For this reason alone you gotta take a bit of time out to get yourself in shape, mentally that is. With your head together you can calmly control any future meetings with her. She may also notice how cool and level headed you are. More plus points! She won’t view you as emotionally charged and potentially unstable.

3) Assess the situation How do you assess the situation? Well you have you emotions under control, you understand what’s happening. It’s time to take a wider view of things and work out how to reverse the situation.

It’s at this point you need a guaranteed step by step system to follow. Something proven to work that, if followed correctly, you will end up with the outcome you want. You can get these systems on the net. They will (they claim) hold your hand all the way. When I broke up and wanted to get my wife back I turned to just such a system.

To be honest I thought the whole idea of a system (a written down set of rules) to get my wife back was a total crock of crap. I thought people just couldn’t fall for a set of “rules” set down in a book. I was proved quite wrong. I learnt that as people in general, we all kind of follow the same rules in life. Then as you see her at ease with the situation casually invite her to lunch. Then an evening meal, then a full blown date.
